TERMS OF SALE

All orders placed by you (the Customer) are subject to acceptance in agreement with the terms & conditions that we (The Cloth Shop Ltd) provide:

 

Conditions of Sale

When you are at the checkout stage and have selected ‘Checkout’, you have agreed to pay for the goods at the prices shown, as well as any delivery charges. You will receive a confirmation email as a recognition of your order

Once the goods have been dispatched, then and only then will we have accepted your order and the contract/transaction considered complete. This is unless we have informed you that we do not accept your order or if you have cancelled.

If the goods are out of stock we will contact you to notify you of this. We will offer you a refund or notify you of lead times.

AVAILABILITY AND PRICING

All items are subject to availability, in the unlikely event we cannot full fill your order, and your payment has already been taken, we will refund you as soon as possible and let you know.

The Cloth Shop reserves the right to withdraw/edit any fabrics, information or products from our website at any time. We will not be held liable by the customer or another third party if we do remove fabrics or products.

The Cloth Shop reserves the right to refrain from any transaction at our sole discretion. i.e. if we do not have enough stock to deliver the goods, if we do not deliver to your area, or if one or more of the items that you ordered was listed as the wrong price due to an error. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Use of the site

All personal information you submit to us is subject to our Security & Privacy Policy.

 

The Cloth Shop website may only be used for your own personal use. You must not use this site for any other purpose. 

Your account, and your use of our website, may be terminated by us at any time if you do not follow the terms of use.

 

Fabric & Products

Cut fabric is non returnable and non refundable unless faulty.

 

Fabric colour and quality can vary slightly from batch to batch.

Fabric is priced on our website by the metre. If several metres of the same fabric are ordered, it will be supplied in 1 continuous piece 

 

Many of our fabrics are naturally dyed and colour can transfer. It is always safer to wash fabrics before use. 

We have tried our hardest to ensure an accurate representation of our fabrics and products, but please be aware, colours viewed on a screen will vary from device to device. We always advise ordering samples before placing orders.

 

Customs

If your order is being delivered outside of the EU please be aware you may have to pay import duty or other taxes. This is NOT the responsibility of Cloth Shop, please check these details before placing an order.

 

Delivery

Orders will be packaged and delivered within 7 days of your order. Remote areas may take longer.

If you are not in at the time of delivery, a calling card will be left for you to arrange another delivery. In some circumstances the driver may attempt a second delivery the following working day. If you are not there for the second delivery attempt, or you do not contact the delivery agent, the goods will be returned to us and you will be notified.

To have the goods re-delivered will cost the same as the first delivery. We cannot be held responsible if you are not there for a delivery or do not rearrange a delivery date with our delivery agent. This also applies to international orders.

Faulty items may be returned. You have seven days of delivery to notify us of a fault. You must contact us by email or telephone.

You the customer, remain responsible for all returned items until they arrive with us.

We aim to deal with all fault complaints as quickly as possible.

As soon as the item arrived back, we will check the package and issue the refund as quickly as possible

Security & Privacy

We will not share any of your personal information. The only information we will take from you is your name, email address, billing and delivery address and phone number. We do not store nor personally deal with card details.

We give our delivery companies (DHL, UPS & Royal Mail) your details to complete your order. They are not allowed to use your information for any other reason other than this.

Liability

The Cloth Shop's total liability for any claim will not exceed the price of any goods supplied to the customer by us. The Cloth Shop will not be held liable for any consequential loss resulting from delayed delivery or from breach of duty.

 

General

We do our best to make sure that all the information provided on this website is correct. However we cannot always guarantee this, and you, the customer, acknowledges that there may occasionally be inaccuracies. We, The Cloth Shop reserves the right to withdraw or correct any incorrectly priced items or incorrect information. We also reserve the right to edit our terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately.

Your use of our website is at your own risk. The Cloth Shop will not be held liable for any loss or damage which may occur to any computer equipment as a result of using this website.

This website, its content and any contract drawn up as a result of using this site are governed by English Law.
